Slime effect. Despite it's fearsome appearince this floating pink jellyfish like ooze is harmles as it feeds only on small insects and is genraly good natured unless provoked. It can defend it's self with it's hook like tentacls and it is also know to spary a posin mist but normly it will just flee if it fears for it's safty.
