Slime effect. This floating ozze feeds off the arcane potential of spell casters and magic creatures via a fourm of psychic vampire type ability. It floats near by casters and every time they cast a spell it feeds off the energy, soon the caster starts to forgot their spells and even how they work. As the ozze continues to feed the magic creature finds it self lossing the ablity to think, speek or even move. Rendering the target a mindless husk in just a few days!
